When will I get my energy credit?

Your $25 credit will appear on your energy bill for the next twelve months once your mobile SIM card is activated. Remember, to get your credit you need to activate your SIM within 30 days of signing up.

They will appear as $21.74 excluding GST on your PDF bill and $25 including GST on your digital bill.

If you cancel your new mobile service or your Contact energy account within the first twelve months after joining then you will not receive any further credits.
